Happiness evolves from acceptance. The world is, as it is and is beyond one's control. Stay focused in the moment and be grateful. As was said by someone "Once I was sad because I met a man with no shoes until I met a man with no feet".
Bad habits are easy acceptable and are difficult to leave. These Bad habits are similar like the comfortable bed as they are also easy to accept and difficult to leave.
